Tandoori Roti

Tandoori roti is a type of flat bread that originated in India. Tandoori roti has a crispy, tasty texture since it is prepared in a tandoor. In North Indian restaurants, tandoori roti is actually a fairly popular dish to order. Instead of using a skillet or flat pan, these are traditionally prepared in a tandoor, a clay oven fashioned like a pot.
